My favorite part of training is empowering my clients with the skills to create their own workouts as well as developing the ability to self evaluate from day to day. Learn more about your whole self through your connection with your body. Stay on track with body composition measurements and nutritional tracking if that feels aligned for you.

Each program meets you where you are and moves you forward with intention. For other needs including small group training, please message me so we can create a solution!

Core Program
$600.00

This 60-minute session, once a week is best for regular push and guidance. You can incorporate my guidance for the rest of your week’s workouts, but our weekly session will keep you on your toes.

  • 4 private 60-minute sessions ($150/session)

  • Includes workouts and/or guidance for the rest of the week

Moving Forward Program
$960.00

For clients with more specific goals needing greater frequency.

  • 8 private 60-minute sessions per month (2x/week) ($120/session)

  • Detailed workouts outside of our sessions designed with your time and resources in mind.

  • Monthly fitness + nutrition check-in

Elite Program

Best for clients with nuanced goals or looking for faster results.

  • 12 private 60-minute sessions per month (3x/week) ($100/session)

In recent years I have trained numerous actors and actresses for films and T.V. ranging from stunt training to conditioning for the demands of the shoot. My own experiences as a 2nd degree black belt in TKD and training in other martial art forms to 10+ years as a stunt performer to my many years as a trained dancer give me special insight into working with artists.
